- Event #1 -- Bench press your body weight x10 reps
- Event #2 -- Run a quarter-mile sprint
- Event #3 -- Leg press twice your body weight x10 reps
- Event #4 -- Run a quarter-mile sprint on the treadmill
- Event #5 -- Dead lift your body weight x10 reps
- Event #6 -- Run a quarter-mile sprint on the treadmill
- Event #7 -- Squat your body weight x10 reps followed by pull-ups x10 reps
- Event #8 -- Run a quarter-mile sprint on the treadmill
- Event #9 -- Carry a 45-pound plate (x2) farmers carry for 100 meters
- Event #10 -- Run one mile on the treadmill with a 35-pound ruck
