Note: This event has already passed.

Join the Amelia Earhart Playhouse for a night of One Act Plays.

"I Love Ruthie" (formerly known as "Lord of the Flies Jr.") is a play about Jaclyn, a girl who went into a coma as a child. When she wakes up, she discovers that Ruthie, her manipulative, adopted sister, has replaced her.

When their parents go out for the night, Ruthie is accidentally murdered and Jaclyn and her brothers have to figure out what to do with the body.

This will be Wiesbaden's 2022 One Act Play festival entry into the IMCOM-Europe One Act Play Festival.

Christopher Durang’s "The Book of Leviticus Show, The Book Media, Mrs. Sorken and Cardinal O'Connor" will be featured at the IMCOM-Europe One Act Play Festival in Ansbach.

Mrs. Sorken introduces us to the theatre and gives us a lecture … but she forgot her notes in her other purse tonight; Medea and her (mock) Greek chorus try to figure out if it’s appropriate to kill your children in order to punish your husband; Cardinal O’Connor explains why birth control is always always ALWAYS wrong; and Lettie Lu is broadcasting her own public TV access show from the local motel in The Book of Leviticus Show.

Show dates are:

  • Oct. 1 and 14-15 at 7:30 p.m.
  • Oct. 2 and 16 at 2 p.m.

*** The One Act Plays will also be featured at the Ansbach Terrace Theater on Oct. 9 at the 2022 IMCOM-Europe One Page Play and Youth Fest.

Cost
