Depart Wiesbaden on Aug. 28 at 5 p.m. towards Lake Balaton, Hungary. Enjoy wine tasting and an overnight stay at Central Europe's largest lake. Next, tour the city of Budapest as part of a full-day excursion and return for a second overnight stay in Lake Balaton. On Sunday, Aug. 31, tour Vienna and spend the night in the beautiful capital city. Finally, explore Schoenbrunn Palace with an optional visit of the State Department or palace gardens before returning to Wiesbaden.
Cost
$639 per adult, $589 for children ages 1-11 and $479 for infants. $589 single-room supplement. Price includes: 2 overnights in Lake Balaton with breakfast and a wine tasting; 1 overnight in Vienna; 2 city tours (Budapest & Vienna); services of a professional tour manager and local guide; and round trip transportation.
