Wiesbaden Auto Skills Vehicle Storage & Sales Lots
Vehicle Storage
The Auto Skills maintains a secure vehicle storage lot. For more information on storing your vehicle, please see below information on fees and customer responsibilities for storing vehicles. Please note that overnight parking in the Auto Skills is by permit only. Vehicles parked overnight without a permit issued by the Auto Skills may be towed at the owners expense. Obligations and responsibilities of customers.
a. All customers will be instructed and controlled by the auto skills designated representative and will not be allowed to enter the facility and/or move/remove/add vehicles within the boundary of this facility without the control of authorized MWR personnel. Customers will be briefed shortly about the requirements of this SOP and will follow rules, regulations, policies, and procedures pertaining to the MWR Vehicle Storage Lot. Customers will:
(1). Adhere to the following payment terms: Initial storage administrative fee of $30. A daily storage fee of $2 per day is due monthly from the storage start date not later than (5) working days after the 30 days for cars, vans and SUV’s. $1 per day for motorcycles and quads. An additional late fee will be charged starting on the sixth (6) calendar day until the fee is paid or sixty (60) calendar days have elapsed.
(2). Ensure that all personal properties and all properties that are not part of the vehicle is being removed from the vehicle by the owner prior to storage. Clean the interior to remove trash, food, or items that could attract pests.
(3). Ensure that required fees are paid to the Auto Skills monthly at a minimum or as required.
(4). Sign the vehicle storage agreement indicating they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to the terms of this SOP and the agreement.
(5.) Acknowledge that the Auto Skills is not liable for damage caused by weather or other natural events.
(6). Ensure that their vehicle remains properly registered while in storage. Failure to maintain a valid registration will be reported to the military police and the vehicle may be removed and placed in the MP impound lot to be further processed as abandoned.
b. Owners who are storing vehicles to bring them to operational status will make every effort to return the vehicle to an operational status as soon as possible. Owners must notify the Auto Skills of deployments, TDY or leave that exceeds 30 days. Customers are responsible for ensuring payments are arranged prior to departing i.e. pre-payment should be made prior to departure if timely payments would be affected while away.
c. The Auto Skills will notify the Military Police for those patrons who fail to make payments and transfer the vehicle to the Military Police impound lot. The customer will be required to pay all storage and late fees owed to include the impoundment towing fee of $150. Vehicles not claimed may be processed by the military police following the provisions of AE Regulation 190-1, Appendix E-4 Abandoned and Unclaimed Vehicles and Section 4-9 Prohibitions on unregistered or unlicensed POV’s, paragraph a. The regulation states, persons subject to this publication will not operate or park a POV, or permit a POV to be operated or parked, on any public highway, in any public area or Family housing area, or on any military installation unless it is properly registered under this publication.

Or you can also view the available auction cars on Facebook. To take part in our auctions simply stop by up to 30 minutes before the start of the auction to register.
The auction is available to U.S. ID cardholders only, and all vehicles must be registered with USAREUR registration.
Keep in mind that vehicles are sold as-is. Many of our vehicles come with free labor for the repair of USAREUR inspection faults; parts not included. All our vehicles are pre-inspected for faults and are either fixed or identified to help you in your purchase decision. Please understand that this does not guarantee that all faults are found.

Resale Lot
Looking to sell your vehicle? Place your car in the Resale Lot! The Resale Lot is located between the Wiesbaden Lodge and the Wiesbaden Entertainment Center. This is a great place to sell since it's located near many of Wiesbaden's newcomers! To register your vehicle for the Resale Lot, fill out a permit and then take it to the Wiesbaden Entertainment Center. The cost is $30 for 30 days.
