This class will provide an overview of home buying and the process involved in purchasing a home. We will cover the options and advantages of buying versus renting, how to determine your housing needs and knowing how much to pay for a home as well as inspections, appraisals and taxes.
This is a three-part class with the following breakdown:
- Home Buying -- noon to 1 p.m.
- Home Buying Finance -- 1-2 p.m.
- VA Home Loan Guarantee -- 2-3 p.m.
