Army Community Service's Relocation Readiness Program offers individualized counseling (including checklists) and relocation planning to assist with a service member's transition to his or her next duty station.
Topics covered include (among other things) sponsorship assistance, referral to the next duty station ACS, a list of important documents to carry, frequently called numbers and installation information.
