Enjoy a host of free fitness and wellness opportunities during the Fitness Resolution event. Get information on Boot Camps and the Biggest Loser program, speak to a personal trainer, pick up tips from the Wellness Center, try a protein shake or sample a chair massage. Free 20-25 minute fitness classes include Muscle Madness, Spin, Zumba, Barre and more.
