Theater-goers are in for another treat, courtesy of the Amelia Earhart Playhouse. "Dear Anne, From Nina" is based on the true story of Nina, a girl from a small town in Iowa, who began writing to Anne Frank, a girl in the Netherlands, at the beginning of World War II.
In this coming-of-age story, the reality of World War II comes alive in their correspondence.
This AEP Youth TOPPER production is directed by Madeline McGill.
Performances are scheduled for the following dates:
- Feb. 4, 5, 11 and 12 at 7:30 p.m.
- Feb. 6 and 13 at 2 p.m.
Cost
$15 for adults; $13 for students and senior citizens; $12 for children.
