Adult Ballet

Do you have a passion for ballet? Have you ever wanted to dance and move to music with grace and poise while building muscle tone, coordination and body awareness? Take part in a ballet class to improve posture, balance, core strength and coordination.

Hour-long adult ballet classes are available Fridays from 10:30-11:30 a.m. and Tuesdays from 7-8 p.m. Morning classes are best suited to beginners (those with no experience) and evening classes are better suited to dancers with previous experience (intermediate).

The classes are taught by 14-year veteran of the dance arts. He is a professional ballet teacher, dancer and choreographer with companies around Europe who also teaches for Wiesbaden Child and Youth Services' SKIESUnlimited Program.

Classes are held in Building 1213 on Clay Kaserne.
