Did you know that ACS offers free fitness classes? Various types of Zumba are offered several times a week. The classes meet in the ACS Cafeteria on Hainerberg. Join in the fun today.
Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic workout. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix, and you've got Zumba.
The free Zumba classes are held at the ACS Cafeteria:
- Mondays and Wednesdays from 9-10 a.m.
