The Wiesbaden Library hosts a Postpartum Readiness Workshop on Jan. 28 from 2-3 p.m. Expecting parents and parents of newborns are invited to join Dr. Kristal Lau (a physician-turned-pospartum wellness consultant; author of "Postpartum 30;" and certified European lifestyle medicine adviser) in this activity-based workshop.
Learn what happens to your body, brain and emotions after you have a baby. Service members will learn how to best use their 12-week parental leave. Create your unique postpartum recovery plan (based on the author's Postpartum 30 Method).

- What changes can you expect?
- How can you prepare for your postpartum journey?
