Army Community Service hosts a Stress Management Class every second Tuesday of the month from 1-2 p.m. (*** please note: the March class is on March 15). The class meets at ACS -- Building 7790 in Hainerberg Housing.
The class is also available to DoD cardholders and units upon request.
