Join us for a Hero Day as we honor the life, service and sacrifice of U.S. Army Special Forces Operator MSG Micheal B. Riley with commemorative fitness events and a memorialization ceremony. Participants in the run will win a FREE medal and participants in the Hero WOD will receive a FREE T-shirt and memorial bracelet.
- 8 a.m. 5K Memorial Run
- 10 a.m. Memorialization Ceremony
- 10:30 a.m. MSG B. Riley Hero WOD
We will have a live DJ, water and fruits for refreshments, and guest speakers.
