Latin Street hosts a Halloween Party on Oct. 30 starting at 8 p.m.
- There will be drink specials from 8-10 p.m. -- all cocktails are $5.
- Children will receive a FREE Trick-or-Treat basket while supplies last.
- An adult costume contest will be held at 10 p.m. with cash prizes for first ($100), second ($50) and third place ($25).
