To Kill a Mockingbird

Time for drama at the Playhouse

The Amelia Earhart Playhouse presents the classic American drama, "To Kill a Mockingbird." Set in depression-ravaged Alabama in the summer of 1935, a young girl is about to experience dramatic events that affect the rest of her life. There's a rumble of thunder just below the surface of life in her small town when her lawyer father takes on the case of defending a young black man from rape accusations.

Play dates are:

  • Feb. 8-10
  • Feb. 15-17
  • Feb. 20 (special 7:30 p.m. showing)
  • Feb. 22-24

Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, 2 p.m. on Sundays.

Cost

Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for seniors and students (ages 12 and above), $8 for children (children under age 5 only permitted during matinee performances -- no children under age 3). 

All tickets are $2 off if purchased in advance.

Purchase tickets at the Amelia Earhart Playhouse or Wiesbaden Arts and Crafts Center. Ticket sales start Jan. 8, 2019.
