Compete for the chance to win a gift basket of goodies during Army Community Service's Howl-O-Ween Dog Costume Contest. Photos will be taken at locations in either Clay Kaserne or Hainerberg Housing on Oct. 27-28.
Photos will be posted on ACS's Facebook page to be voted on Oct. 28 through Nov. 4.
