HOMETOWN HEROES VIRTUAL 5k
Need some extra motivation to get moving? How about walking or running a 5k in honor of one of your hometown heroes?
We will feature a Wiesbaden MWR Facebook livestream at 8:55 a.m. for a warm up and countdown to the 9 a.m. kickoff. Then complete 6500 steps in your home or outdoors. You choose your own course. Upon completion take a photo of your step counter, share it on the MWR Facebook post and give a shout out to a hometown hero!
