Holiday Tree Lighting

All community members are invited to help launch the holiday season with U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden during the Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony at the Clay Kaserne Chapel on Dec. 8, 2022, starting at 5 p.m.

The event will feature holiday music with special guest performers -- The Filharmonic, courtesy of Armed Forces Entertainment. Snacks and refreshments will be available for sale by private organizations.  

Children will have the opportunity to have photos taken with Santa inside the Chapel Rear Entry Foyer. Children are also invited to participate in arts and crafts activities offered by Child and Youth Services staff at the Chapel Activity Room.

HERE'S THE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

• 5 p.m. -- Private Organization food and beverage sales begin
• 5:15 p.m. -- Performance by Armed Forces Entertainment's The Filharmonic
• 6 p.m. -- Wiesbaden Elementary School Choir performs
• 6:15 p.m. -- Chaplain's Opening Invocation
• 6:20 p.m. -- Commander's Opening Remarks
• 6:30 p.m. -- Tree Lighting
• 6:35 p.m. -- Santa arrives
• 6:35-9 p.m. -- Photos With Santa (Chapel Rear Entry Foyer) and Children's Activities (Chapel Activity Room)
