Community members are invited to bring their well-dressed pets to a Happy Howl-O-Ween Costume Contest at the Hainerberg Dog Park on Oct. 23 from 10 a.m. to noon.
The event will feature music, a costume party and treats.
October is Domestic Abuse Awareness Prevention Month.
