Army Community Service's New Parent Support and the Exceptional Family Member Programs host a Halloween Costume Party on Oct. 24 in the ACS Multi-Purpose Room (Building 7790 in Hainerberg Housing).
Ages 0-4 -- 10-11 a.m.
Ages 5 and above -- 3:30-4:30 p.m.
