Guided Meditation Class

Learn to reduce stress and enhance self-awareness

This Guided Meditation Class will help you reduce stress, control anxiety, promote emotional health, enhance self-awareness, lengthen attention span and help with depression/sleep/etc. You will learn proper breathing techniques, light stretches for mobility to prepare the body for the experience of listening to a guided program that will help take your mind somewhere else in this fast-pased world.

The room will be dimly lit, with yoga mats provided along with soft music and hot tea. 

Participants are encouraged to bring a light blanket or cover as body temperature tends to drop during the session. Also dress comfortably and wear socks.

Sign up at the Wiesbaden Sports, Fitness and Outdoor Recreation Center. Class size is limited to 15, so sign up as soon as possible to reserve a space.
