U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden hosts the German-American Flea Market on Saturday, May 20. The flea market will be held on the parking lot between the former PX and the Taunus Theater in Hainerberg Housing.
U.S. and Host Nation sellers will have the opportunity to offer their goods to a diverse audience between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
For ID cardholders: The sale price per item for duty and tax-free used items cannot exceed €25 (sales price).
Cost
Cost to sell items is 20 Euro for a three-meter space; each additional meter costs another 4 Euro. The fee is due upon arrival at the site (cash only in Euro).
Admission to the public is free and open to everyone.
Registration Information
No advance registration required. Interested sellers can set up on one of the approximately 100 provided parking spaces at 7:30 a.m. on May 20 -- on a first-come, first-served basis (advance registration is not possible).
*** Please note: For safety reasons, it is not possible to depart your parking space before the official end of the flea market. Also, the only entrance to the site for vendor set-up is from Berliner Strasse (opposite the Brita Arena).
