Army Community Service hosts a FLIPP The Switch class (FLIPP stands for Flexibility, Leveled Emotionality, Impulse Control, Planning and Problem Solving) on April 19 from noon to 2 p.m. at the Army Community Service Multipurpose Room in Building 7790 in Hainerberg Housing.
Each participant will receive a free workbook.
