This class focuses on consumer rights, obligations and scams perpetrated to defraud consumers. This class also gives an overview of what the Federal Trade Commission does and does not protect (while in the continental United States), and discusses warranties for products purchased and how to go about filing a complaint. Also covered are ways to plan for your future financial needs.
