Army Community Service's Relocation Readiness Program offers English as a Second Language-Basic Classes.
Classes will be held two times a week -- on Tuesdays from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. -- April 9 to June 25 and Thursdays from 1:30-3 p.m. -- April 11 to June 27.
