Army Community Service's Family Advocacy and Relocation Readiness Programs host De-Stress While You PCS. Unwind and de-stress with a unique painting session designed to cultivate resilience and improve mental health.
The painting session, supported by Wiesbaden Arts and Crafts, will feature free refreshments. It is open to all DoD spouses.
De-Stress While You PCS will be held in the ACS Multi-Purpose Room (Building 7790 in Hainerberg Housing).
