Learn strategies to encourage language and play through books during this session, hosted by the Exceptional Family Member Program and Educational and Developmental Intervention Services on March 22 at the Army Community Service Multi-Purpose Room. The event, starting at 1 p.m., is designed for parents of children up to age 4.
