The Army Family Action Plan is the "Voice of the Customer." Community members are invited to play a role identifying, prioritizing and evaluating quality-of-life issues to senior leaders for action and resolution.
The AFAP process starts with local Soldiers, Family Members, Survivors, Retirees and Civilians across all components identifying issues at the garrison and unit level. The issues' viability is then assessed by a cross section of the U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden population.
