The AFE Sons of Circus show will be held at the Taunus Theater on April 7 at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m.

JONATHAN BURNS

Born with the gifts of flexibility, curiosity and goofiness, Jonathan Burns now uses these unique talents to astonish audiences around the globe. Over the course of his career, Jonathan has appeared on America’s Got Talent, The Late Late Show with James Corden, Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood, and many more. The New York Times called him “extremely funny,” and he was twice named Variety Artist of the Year by Campus Activities Magazine. When he’s not performing he can usually be found in an airport terminal or spending time with his beautiful family.

THOM WALL

This American juggler specializes in juggling disciplines from the past. After his five-year tour juggling for Cirque du Soleil’s Totem (2014-2019), Wall now researches circus history, consults for nonprofits and coaches juggling and performance at Circadium: School of Contemporary Circus in Philadelphia. He also performs in a solo show, On the Topic of Juggling, aboard cruise ships and stages around the world. Wall was awarded La Medalla Crotalus Scholaris by the Mesoamerican University in Puebla, Mexico, for his work revitalizing forgotten juggling disciplines, and in 2021, he was honored with the Excellence in Education Award from the International Jugglers’ Association. Wall is also the founder of Modern Vaudeville Press (2018), an independent publishing company which produces academic titles about the circus arts.
