Army Community Service hosts a Stress Management Class every first Tuesday of the month from noon-1 p.m. The class meets at ACS -- Building 7790 in Hainerberg Housing.
Here are the upcoming topics:
- Sept. 3: Mystery Stress Management
- Oct. 1: Interpersonal/Relationship Stress
- Nov. 5 -- Holiday Stress Management
The class is also available to DoD cardholders and units upon request -- online and in person.
