Can you ride 1,000 kilometers (621 miles) over four months? Ride outdoors on roads and trails. 
This is a great opportunity to get out, enjoy biking, stay physically and mentally healthy while seeing the amazing countryside of Germany and Europe on the countless biking routes and paths.
You have the opportunity to register in advance and start riding, tracking and recording your kilometers starting May 1, 2024. (Like last year, you will not be able to backdate and add kilometers completed before your registration date.)
The 2024 Army Outdoor Recreation Cycling Challenge is open to all authorized MWR patrons. This challenge is designed for adults; however, youths can participate and should expect to receive an adult sized jersey if/when they finish 1,000 kms.

Cost
Registration fee is $50 (includes biking jersey and bike safety inspection -- parts not included). Upon completion of cycling 1,000 kilometers (621.4 miles) within the specified time-limit, the participant will receive the commemorative jersey.
