Since 1995 the U.S. Army Europe and Installation Management Command-Europe One Act Festival, One Page Play and YouthFEST has taken place annually. The event is intended to increase development, participation, and interaction among entertainment volunteers and staff. The festival provides education and training through community participation, individual coaching, group instruction, and professional mentorship.
This year the festival will take place in Kaiserslautern at KMC Onstage. The highlight is the One Page Play competition and the YouthFEST. Also included are a monologue competition, theatre skills workshops, and a volunteer recognition ceremony.
Wiesbaden's Amelia Earhart Playhouse will feature its Youth Theater Presentation, "Tracks," on Oct. 9 at the festival.
Cost
All workshops and performance showcase events are free of charge.
