Adapting to a new country can be challenging as a spouse accompanying a service member overseas. The Spouse Orientation Program is a spouse-specific briefing aimed at exposing spouses to the benefits, programs, opportunities and resources offered in and around U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden.

Briefers include representatives from Housing, Tricare, the Health Clinic, Education Center, Employment Readiness, Transportation, the Value Added Tax Relief Office, Customs, Home-Based Businesses, Child and Youth Services, the School Liaison Office, Wiesbaden Community Spouses Club, Exceptional Family Member Program and the Army Volunteer Corps.

The Spouses Welcome Orientation is held every third Wednesday of the month at the Army Community Service Cafeteria. Child care will be available upon request. To reserve child care, provided by Army Community Service, call civ (0611) 143-548-9201 or 9202 at least one week before the next orientation. Please be advised that child care space is limited.
