The Wiesbaden Entertainment Center invites units on Friday mornings starting at 7:30 a.m. for a workout on the lanes. Special rates will be offered for shoes -- bowling is free. Get your workout knocked out and then print out your score to brag about your numbers.

Units must coordinate with the Wiesbaden Entertainment Center at least a week in advance to ensure space is available.
